Day 2

Wow, one day is gone already!

I Went to the Y today and worked on the butterfly machine, and did arm curls, and calve and leg presses

Breakfast- Ham and egg omelet

Lunch- Popcorn,

Afternoon snack- protein shake

Dinner- Salad with ham and turkey, 1chicken enchilada

Late snack- Bowl of Cheerios
