Exercises Today

I played basketball for about an hour

Worked my traps and upper and lower back for 30 minutes, finally I did about 15 minutes of crunches and ab routine and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I also bowled 3 games.

Breakfast - Protein bar- preworkout

Postworkout- 4oz tuna and protein shake.

Lunch-turkey, glass of milk and orange

Afternoon snack- 4 slices of deli ham

Dinner- 2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast

Late snack-Ham rollups with mustard
